　　密集成套型羅茨鼓風(fēng)機由主機、輔機、電機三部分組成。

　　MLG系列羅茨鼓風(fēng)機配套的主機其結(jié)構(gòu)為臥式，葉輪軸線所決定的平面平行于地面，進氣口在機殼的上端，主動軸從聯(lián)軸器端看，按逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，氣體自上端吸入，側(cè)排出.

　　機殼、墻板:為整體結(jié)構(gòu)，表面布有適當(dāng)?shù)募訌娊睿捎没铱阼T鐵HT250，經(jīng)過時效處理。

　　葉輪：材質(zhì)為QT600-3,經(jīng)過動靜平衡，平衡精度達(dá)到G2.5。

　　齒輪: 齒輪是羅茨鼓風(fēng)機的*重要零件之一，傳動齒輪材質(zhì)采用20CrMnTi合金鋼，經(jīng)滲碳、淬火、精磨，精度等級達(dá)5級，齒面硬度達(dá)到HRC58～62。高精度直齒磨達(dá)到GB10095-88五極以上,傳動平穩(wěn),也大幅度降低機械噪音,進出口風(fēng)口采用獨特菱形設(shè)計,也有效控制了氣體噪音。

　　軸承:軸承采用SKF品牌，精度為E級。齒輪和齒輪端軸承利用齒輪浸浴用飛濺潤滑，驅(qū)動端的軸承利用設(shè)在副油箱內(nèi)的甩油盤甩油潤滑。選用瑞典SKF軸承

　　密封: 采用組合密封降低氣體泄漏，非接觸式密封，壽命無限長。軸頭油封氟橡膠，臺灣SOG產(chǎn)品。

　　油箱：主、副油箱材質(zhì)為灰口鑄鐵HT250及Q235B，以便于散熱。

　　齒輪：與軸采用鍵聯(lián)接，傳動可靠、壽命長。

　　軸：采用40Cr，進行調(diào)質(zhì)處理。

　　鑄件：采用噴丸處理, 刷兩遍底漆, 整機噴三遍表漆。

　　輔機：由濾清器、進出口消聲器、止回閥、撓性接頭、三通體、安全閥、壓力表等組成。

　　濾清器：濾清器即為氣體過濾器，由多層濾網(wǎng)組成, 使進入風(fēng)機前的氣體進行過濾從而保證干凈的氣體進入鼓風(fēng)機，過濾等級應(yīng)符合EN779G4級。

　　進口消聲器：進口消聲器采用阻性消聲器，主要消除鼓風(fēng)機進口氣流噪聲，由外筒、內(nèi)筒，法蘭等件組成，內(nèi)外筒之間放入離心玻璃棉吸聲材料，該裝置重量輕，阻力小、消聲效果好。

　　出口消聲器：出口消聲器主要消除鼓風(fēng)機出口氣流噪聲，消聲頻帶寬，效果顯著．

　　低壓安全閥：低壓安全閥是系統(tǒng)上的一個保險裝置，其開啟壓力可19.6—98.0Kpa之間調(diào)節(jié), 當(dāng)系統(tǒng)工作狀況異常，阻力高于額定值時，安全閥開啟，將氣體從安全閥排出，防止風(fēng)機和電機過載．如安全閥啟動后，長時間不回復(fù)閉合，則需要停機，待系統(tǒng)故障排除后，再開機工作．

　　止回閥：對夾式蝶型止回閥, 是用于防止停機時系統(tǒng)高壓氣體倒流，使鼓風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)子反轉(zhuǎn)，導(dǎo)致管網(wǎng)失控, 發(fā)生故障，同時防止系統(tǒng)灰塵倒流。

　　撓性接頭:KXT(Ⅲ)可曲合成橡膠接頭是由橡膠鋼骨架壓合而成，有良好減震和隔音效果。
